I have an experience of total of 7 years in RCM industry and currently working as a team leader with 2 years of experience. In current organization I gave 6+ years and handling a team of 21 members in current. I have an experience of handling the team of 48 members as well so I can handle a big team at a same time without and difficulties.

In last 2 years on the role of team lead I successfully deliver 7 projects to my client with a success rate of 100% and along with 98% quality.

Below are the highlight of project:-

1. High Aging AR Days project:- My client gave me a project of high aging 365+ days claims in regards to date of service. On which my team successfully deliver the task in given TAT

2. Untouched 30+ days:- We received a project of client for >30+ untouched accounts from our inventory, my team successfully deliver this task too

3. Registration Project:- In registration project we handle multiple denial separately which are

a) N-418 Misrouted Claims

b) MA-04 No Payment without primary EOB

c) CO-22 Covered by another payor

d) CO-109 Covered by another payor

e) N-4 Primary EOB Required

4. CO-97 / CO-234 Denials:- Worked on a project of CO-97 & CO-234 denials project for multiple payors Aetna, UHC, Medical Mutual, UMR, Molina, Paramount, BCBS

5. Cigna TPA:- Worked on a project for Cigna TPA plan where pure calling required

6. AARP, Bankers Life, Colonial Penn Medicare Supplement Plan:- Worked on mentioned Medicare supplement plans on no response claims

7. CO-197 No Auth:- Worked on no auth project for AETNA, UHC and Molina
