Projects Key Responsibilities :

Business Requirement Document Creation

• Responsible for creating BRD's for any new process or product
• Responsible for taking stakeholder's sign off on BRD's and close
  looping with process BRD walkthrough
• Final process sign offs based upon the functional specs shared by IT

User Acceptance Testing And Production Testing

• Creation & Execution of exhaustive Test Scenarios covering positive and negative conditions
• Timely closure of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) & Production Verification Testing (PVT)
• Failures (if any) to be raised and any P1 (Priority 1) issues to be highlighted for faster resolution
• Defects raised being prioritized, tracked and followed up with IT on a regular basis for speedy closure

Project Closure and Benefits Tracking

• Implement Reporting and Monitoring for project launch
• Track Project Benefits post the production launch
• Preparing and complete the project handover documentation to business teams

User Training

• Work with training team to design training content
• Conduct 'train the trainer' sessions and end user batches for changes
• Ensure 100% training coverage on floor
• Re-iterations to be arranged for Changes in Applications/Processes

Process Improvement & Quality

• Improvement in agent productivity
• Increase in Auto Debit
• Set up & streamline digital signing and KYC journey
• Processes for all new products /process, updates and new compliance
• Stabilize risk, achieve sales and profitability for cash loan business
• Act as Telesales SPOC for any cross functional projects/requirements

BAU Operations Management

• Resolution Tracking of all Incidents, Service Ticket and Problem ticket Management
• Functional Issues- Defects Reporting and fixes, RCAs and Audit finding analysis
• BCP management
