- Handle all irregularities registered/reported across Emirates SkyCargo network in a very professional and timely manner, by carrying out in-depth investigation and executing the required physical checks as appropriate to facilitate an effective service quality and delivery
- Communicate with stations and people within the network using Queue mode as a primary communication channel and by providing clear and complete details
- Monitor the flights as per allocation, ensuring the finalization happens as per the Service level Agreement with the GHA across the network
- Conducting an error free Stock / Warehouse inventory (Usage of HHT with 100% accuracy) as per the schedule in assigned areas, efficiently resolving warehouse discrepancies by updating system accurately, booking shipment on priority and notifying Operations and Outstations by updating the SBHR with the appropriate remarks
- Preparing Tracing warehouse inventory report with 100% accuracy and dispatching to the management upon completion of shift activities
- Conduct System / Manual Inventories and ADHOC checks as assigned taking the necessary action and providing the required feedback upon completion
- Conduct Survey’s for VUN and VAL shipments when requested by Consignee/Agent, in the presence of the required personal
- Ensure that before a survey is conducted the system records and documents are correctly verified and the cause of damage is investigated and established
- Prepare CDR Report (Cargo Damage Report) prior to delivery upon request for Consignee/Agent as per procedure
- All queries internal and external handled in a professional manner

- Results of special checks conducted on request should be notified to the concerned immediately
- Continuously monitor / audit processes in assigned areas, suggest changes for improvement and ensure same is regularly discussed with Quality Assurance Controller and Supervisors at least once a month and assistance provided in implementation of new procedures
- Perform inventory of goods at request of customer recording any deviations to the specifications
- Liaise with government authorities such as customs, Health or police as required to ensure the effective movement of all cargo, courier and mail
- Ensure at all times that the handling of shipments of Dangerous Goods fully complies with the current edition of the IATA Dangerous Goods Regulation and are loaded in accordance with the same
- Ensure that the handling of time and temperature and pharmaceutical shipments demonstrates compliance with European Union Goods Distribution Practice (EU GDP) requirements
- Instruct the crew of Porters and Equipment operators in the buildup and breakdown of cargo, courier and mail in accordance with the published performance standards
- Instruct the crew of Porters and Equipment operators in the acceptance and delivery of cargo, courier and mail from/to customers which require a high degree of attentiveness and speed at the same time ensure low level of defect and provide high quality of service
