Key Result Areas:-

• Managing 40 MWp plant day to day Operation & Maintenance activities of all the PV systems installed by the company or under O&M contract.
• Tracking of generation,PR,plant performance on daily basis and resolving issues of plants. Guaranteed PR & generation to be maintained.
• Coordinate and managing all the technical works on site ensuring delivery of service on time and accordingly to standard: preventative & corrective.
• Controlling all technical activities carried out on site including in-house staff and 3rd party contractors according to defined scope of works, timelines and prescribed Site Operating Procedures..
• Technical evaluations of the equipment to ensure optimal performance and to identify and implement performance optimizations to maximize generation
• Prepare budgets and proposals under existing contracts.Also Preparing the operation and maintenance contracts
• Define pricing for new operation and maintenance contracts by analyzing specifications
• Customer relationship management in terms of technical matters arising from any site including client meetings, staff / contractor oversight, reporting and quality control functions.
• Preparing daily, monthly, quarterly generation report & daily activity report,JMR & Breakdown report.
• Recruit, select, train and manage plant operating, maintenance and administrative staff.
• Responding to the problems / complaints within the quickest possible time
• Co-ordination of HOTO with project team, handling contractor & vendors at site.
• Preparing preventive maintenance checklists and SOP of solar power plant
• Managing the use of company / O&M tools, vehicles, spare parts and equipment on each site ensuring minimum stock levels (where applicable), inspections, scheduled & unscheduled services / maintenance, calibrations, safe keeping, upkeep / cleaning and correct use / fit for purpose applications by trained & authorized personnel.
• Coordinating Vendor Company for warranty replacement.
• Controlling activities relating to the delivery of the target Production Yields of each site in line with Performance Guarantees, Availability commitments & any PR Guarantees and manage any faults timorously as they may occur.
• Managing complete plant operations, billing & price negotiation with vendor
• Developing and maintain quality systems and procedures in order to improve the efficiency of the operation of each site.
• Promoting the innovative thinking regarding continuous improvement, efficiencies, cost and time saving opportunities within the scope of the O&M contract.
• Developing/improve O&M processes and tools according to ISO 9001 standards.
• Set up O&M activities for new plants in new regions including the adaptation and development of local systems and procedures as well as staff training.

• Ensuring that all safety measures are installed for maintenance jobs, since high volts of current are involved

• Prepare and attend monthly and as required meetings with senior management to present performances highlighting risk & opportunities

• Handling overall 60+ MW solar power plants (ground mount + rooftop+ small rooftop+ water pump) in pan India projects.
• Estimates, prepares and assigns the resources such as manpower, consumable materials and tools etc., required for all electrical and related works prior to execution.
• Preparation and execution of commissioning activity.
• Submits site daily reports, inspection requests & all applicable monitoring reports on regular basis or as required.
• Co-ordination with engineers & preparing daily & weekly job schedule.
• Attending weekly meeting with manager and consulting engineers.
• Preventing wastage and misuse of equipment, materials and tools.
• Supervising work crews to best utilize manpower and materials.
• Detailed project report (DPR) preparation for solar power plant.
• Review design & preparing schedule timeline of projects.

Key Result Areas:-

• Installation of instruments like Temperature Indicators, Temperature.
• Transmitters, RTD, Pressure Transmitters, Flow Transmitter
• Reading the Hook Up drawing, Cable Schedule, P&ID, B.O.M, Installation.
• Standard drawing and Junction box drawing and executing accordingly.
• Field Engineering, Assisting in modification of Instrument in site as per Client requirement.
• Coordinating with clients and higher-level management regarding the detailed instrumentation works.
• Coordinating for the QA/QC procedure and related document formats with clients for approval.
• Coordinating the instrumentation works as Junction box & instrument installation, Tray & Duct works, Cable laying, Cable glanding, Ferruling.
• Termination, Airline, Impulse line, Stream tracing, Hydro testing.
