Lord Abbett is an independent, privately held investment tool. This majorly focuses on managing the assets across a full range of U.S mutual funds, UCITS funds, institutional and separately managed accounts for clients across the world.

Responsibilities

• Implemented tailor-made Qlik Sense SAAS dashboards to match specific business requirements.
• Loading Data from multiple Data sources and Designing various Data Models like star schema and snowflake schema
• Played a key role in enhancing the customer experience by migrating from QlikView to Qlik sense, adopting industry best practices.
• Implemented optimized approaches for scripting, data modelling, and layout development resulting in improved performance.
• Deployed applications in testing server for User Acceptance Testing with QMC
• Enhanced system performance by designing and implementing scalable data solutions for high-traffic applications.

Defect maintenance: Analyzing the defects and assigning them to the respective team. Also, I rectify the defects that can be resolved by myself.

MOM: Discussing the Key issues with a Customer, Product implementation Plan and activity undertaken, root cause analysis, and proposed key user experience.

• Reduced defect rates by designing and executing comprehensive test plans and test cases.
