Job Responsibilities:

Performing/ Assisting Skin Treatments:

• Administer facials and skin treatments, such as deep cleansing, exfoliation, hydration treatments, acne control, and anti-aging procedures.
• Use advanced equipment for treatments like micro needling, pixel, botox,radio frequency, laser toning, PRP, reviving peel laser therapy (depending on training and certification).
• Provide targeted treatments for conditions like acne, rosacea, and hyperpigmentation.

Product Recommendations and Advice.:

• Suggest skincare products (e.g., cleansers, serums, moisturizers, sunscreens) tailored to the client’s skin type and needs.
• Educate clients about how to properly use products and how to create an effective skincare routine.

Client Aftercare and Follow up:

• Provide aftercare instructions to ensure optimal results post-treatment (e.g., avoiding sun exposure, using specific products).
• Schedule follow-up appointments to track progress and adjust treatments as necessary.

Maintaining Hygiene Standards:

• Ensuring the clinic environment, tools, and equipment are cleaned and sanitized to meet hygiene and safety regulations.

Record Keeping:

• Documenting client treatment histories, progress, and any products or therapies used during sessions to track improvement and outcomes.

Continual Professional Development:

• Stay updated on the latest skincare trends, treatment methods, and technology through ongoing education and training.
• Attend workshops, conferences, or complete certifications to improve skills and knowledge in dermatology and esthetics.

Customer Service:

• Provide excellent customer service by building rapport with clients, answering their questions, and addressing concerns in a friendly, professional manner.
