• Country Regulatory Reporting (CRR) involves preparing and providing business support to complex daily, monthly, quarterly & annual returns to the onshore team for submission to local regulators.
• Monitoring key ratios and various ad-hoc queries/requirements of the local regulator is also an important part of this team’s delivery.
• Responsible for the preparation and analytical review of Regulatory reports / Returns as well as Adherence to various Rules and Regulations of the Regulators.
• Ensure services are delivered within the SLA, working with a cohesive team to produce the Analysis and Reports in a timely and accurate manner.
• Comply, Monitor, Validate and Report all Key Performance Indicators within the overall service delivery framework. This includes identification, measurement, monitoring and control of all thresholds set as part of Governance Framework of the bank. Any breaches of the above framework are promptly highlighted to the line manager.
• Ensure timely delivery of services relating to Regulatory Reporting and all other internal and external reporting requirements

Statutory Audit

• Analysis of draft Financial Statements including notes to accounts
• Ensuring compliance of TDS
• Scrutiny of ledgers, debtors, and creditors reconciliation and verification of BRS and cash/bank balances

Income Tax

• Validation of Income Tax Computation prepared by the taxpayer and ensuring compliance with income tax
• Preparation of Income Tax Returns
• Preparation of tax audit report

Goods and Service Tax

• Addressing client inquiries, solving client issues regarding GST
• Preparation and filing of GSTR Returns
• Compliance with GST laws and preparation of Annual Returns (GSTR 9/9C)
