- Delighted to have generated 270 million$ revenue in 2024 as a result of reducing 30% of cart abandonment by launching a customised guest security plan
- Happy to have reduced the litigation risk by 43 million$ through timely launch of compliance initiatives by rallying all teams to prioritize implementing even the last minute ones like Health law in 2024 over their set roadmaps
- Identified system gaps which had made it unable to render complete tracking of deletion requests
- This posed a lawsuit risk of 550 million$
- So, eliminated the risk 100% by providing users the option to partially delete their info across sections
