• Have led the team as senior article handling Internal Audit of Public sector undertaking engaged in the business of paper manufacturing and listed company engaged in the business of manufacturing textiles and fabrics
• Lead a team for analyzing the effectiveness and efficiency in Internal control system of Oil manufacturing and automobile parts.
• Reviewed Internal controls for compliance with applicable law and regulations

Statutory Audit

Worked as an effective team member in performing Statutory Audits of Private limited companies involved in manufacturing of Lifting equipment, In which the following shall be noteworthy

• Financial statement Analysis including notes to accounts
• Practical application and compliance with Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS), Income tax, Goods and Services Tax Act and other statues
• Finalization of Financial statements and compliance with Schedule III of 2013 Act.

Handled Central statutory audit of scheduled commercial bank, Branch Audits, preparation of LFAR and compliance report.

Conducted compliance audit of banks of Priority sector lending as per master direction of Reserve bank of India.
