    Project Description:
    Automation of PO Invoice Processing. Qualcomm receives invoices for various Goods and Services
    received from their suppliers. These invoices should be processed and paid on time unless there is a
    discrepancy with the invoice. If any required information is missing either in the invoice entry or the PO,
    system will place these invoices on hold. These hold invoices should be validated by identifying the
    correct reason for the hold and by asking requester/ buyer/ supplier maintenance team for resolution.
    Once the resolution is received, these invoices are released from hold and are ready to be picked for
    payment.
    Key features of this process include extraction of data from invoices that were of type – Digital text and
    image based, hand scanned documents and digitally signed invoices. Robust code to enhance the quality
    of invoices before uploading to IQBOT for data extraction. Exception Handling Bot to enable touchless
    automation of the entire process.
    Responsibilities:
    • Analyze user requirements, functional and technical specifications.
    • Pre and post processing to improve invoice quality and improve training.
    • IQBOT training using Azure, ABBYY to increase Straight Through Processing (STP)

    the Agile document. All the observations for the document were noted down in the Unified List with
    comments approved/rejected if to unauthorized products or keywords were found. All these validations
    were further done again as part of 2nd review as it would be a compliance issue if restricted documents
    were released to Huawei.
