Borrowing Management:

● Prepare monthly Book Debt Assignment and MIS.

● Prepare banking proposals for working capital and term loan facilities for the Business Team.

● Maintaining Cashflow of Repayments to lenders.

● Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationship and liaise with banks and financial institutions.

● Manage external rating agencies for the group.

Compliance Management:

● Ensure compliance with RBI and regulations including, debt status reports, due diligence reports, and certification of financial covenants.

● Timely monthly debt servicing, interest, and principal payments.

Other Responsibilities:

● Coordinate title search reports with advocates.

● Submit no default statements to credit rating agencies monthly.

● Manage ROC compliances related to loan facilities and security.

● Verify/confirm data at NESL portal at regular intervals.

● Engage with auditors for timely completion of treasury audits.

● Ensure quarterly ASM audit reports with auditors.

● Roll out balance confirmation requests from all lenders at quarter end.
