Technical Environment:
• Managed the comprehensive execution of social campaigns trafficking of creatives in various formats for within SLA.
• Implemented changes to ad copies, creatives, and targeting as per Client suggestions with great accuracy.
• Achieved a remarkable QA of 99% for the trafficked campaigns and updated the daily and weekly dashboards containing critical data such as Impressions, Clicks, Leads, and CPL, facilitating comprehensive client reviews during weekly calls. There by leading to high satisfaction levels among Managers and Clients.
• Collaborated closely with peers to recommend and resize creatives for Stories and Reels placements, with Digital Team effectively avoiding any potential errors against default sizes.
• Responsible for campaign trafficking and reporting of metrics.
• Complete the QA for the campaign setup and creative upload of various formats such as single image, video, carousel, slideshow, and Influencers.
• Update the budget periodically across different strategy funnels campaigns and report the same to onshore Managers.
• Turn on/Off the creatives as per the end date or date sensitiveness.
• Optimization strategies of campaigns and identify areas for improving the campaign performance based on targeting.
• Co-ordinate with stakeholders of different channels in updating the data on documents and ppt.
• Send daily campaign performance and revenue generation across all channels (Display, Social, SEM) to Managers for review.

Campaign troubleshooting, Ad quality and Account creation
• Responsible for troubleshooting Inventory, Ad delivery, creative, AdX rules, line items issue to provide better insights to the Publishers on their campaign status.
• Identify and block unwanted or policy violating Ads for publishers such as ‘BSKYB’ and ‘British Telecom’ and report it to onshore and offshore Managers.
• Deliver basic campaign performance reports to the client on their request.
• Create Double click for publishers (DFP), AdExchange (AdX) and AdSense accounts for publishers when a request is sent from Account Managers or Technical Account Managers.
• Mapping of Advertisers with appropriate URL/domain to help publishers in setting up ‘Private auction' and ‘Preferred deals' to achieve better revenue.
• Responsible for providing campaign trafficking and campaign management services for advertisers across different industries.
• QA the optimization strategies of campaigns and identify areas for performance improvement of campaign to the Traders.
• Responsible for continuous improvement, documentation and refine QA process for campaigns to meet and improve quality%.
