• Leading the whole QA Manual & Automation Team of NTT and Responsible for all the deliverables
• Test planning and designing for all Navneet projects
• Doing code review for Automation, performance testing and maintaining repositories
• Designed and Developed the Automation Hybrid Framework for automation of Web, API and Mobile applications which supports multi platform in single test class
• Developing the performance scripts for Web and API's
• Coordinating the production releases and planning the weekly Hotfix deployments to production
• Scheduling the Automation Jenkins Job for smoke and regression
• Attending the product grooming and product planning discussions
• Creating virtual services with postman and BlazeMeter and shared with dev team for integration
• Giving QA estimations for Manual testing, Automation and Load testing
• Joining project related meetings/reviews from QA dept
• Attending project planning and test planning meetings
• Verify completeness and readiness of test environment for testing.
• Framework Maintenance and new tool Integrations
• Finding Test data estimations and Preparing test data for Performance testing.
• Sending Daily & Weekly Status Reports of all projects to stakeholder with thorough updates on the test status
• Conducting the technical trainings to the Team for the latest technologies
• Maintaining the project documentations and confluence for all the projects
• Owned the app publishing process for both Playstore and Appstore for every release of apps
• Handling the load test design and execution for each release cycle for a massive load for the applications of Customer base as Smart Digi Book with 500K users and Topschool 80k users
