Grant Making-

• Leading the grants making in the theme of Small and Marginal Farmer ,Tribal and Gender Justice in Telangana state.
• Conducting the scope and programme due diligence, review and assess the grant proposal and ensuring all the requirement are fulfilled for grant proposal for approval.
• Facilitate organizations in designing programme,budget and grant application.
• Provided support in making the grants in the theme of Urban poor, Water and disability.

Grant Management-

• Managing and monitoring 24 grants of Rs 80 Crore in the multiple theme like small and marginal farmer, gender justice, disability, Children.
• Evaluation of grants and engaging with partners organization to learn and facilitate programmatic change and budgetary changes.
• Preparing evaluation reports and ensuring timely compliance.

• Analyzed TRIFED initiative of 2020-2021 under MSP for MFP and Van Dhan Yojana
• Prepared policy brief for Van Dhan Yojana
• Prepared bill brief for National Dental Commission 2022 and Schedule Tribe Amendment Act 2022
• Analyzed of last five years(2017-2021) budget session
• Prepared daily budget session brief for 2022

• Managed, networked,and coordinated with on-ground implementation partners and stakeholders like the Government department, State Rural Livelihood Mission-Madhya Pradesh(MPSRLM), Politicians, NGOs, philanthropy, etc
• For facilitating development works managed, led, and mentored a team of 8 development professionals for executing development projects like National Rural Livelihood Mission (NRLM), NRLM-MGNREGA-CFT convergence in the domain of community institution building, Livelihood(Farm and non-farm), Gender, Integrated Natural Resource Management(INRM), and streamlining MGNREGA implementation with 5000 families
• Facilitated workshops on community institution-building, livelihood, and social security schemes for different stakeholders of the block, district, and state-level relevant departments
• Monitored and evaluated development projects in 6 teams in 4 districts
• Member of State Management Committee in Madhya Pradesh.

• Managed, networked, and coordinated different government and non government stakeholders from panchayat to state level and donor organizations
• Community institution-building with 20000 rural women in 180 villages-Designed, promoted, groomed, and handheld community institutions of women Self Help Group and its tiers(SHG-VO-CLF-BLF)
• Community Resource Person(CRP)- Trained 300 community cadre for supporting the intervention in social mobilization, livelihood, and awareness of social security programs in 180 villages
• Project/Programme Implementation-National Rural Livelihood Mission(NRLM), Cluster Facilitation Team(CFT), NABARD-TDF, Integrated Tribal Development Agency(ITDA), etc
• Livelihood- Designed modules, trained, implemented the intervention for agriculture, horticulture, and livestock with 12000 households, and built the institutional design for sustaining the intervention
• Community infrastructure-Designed modules, budgeted and implemented the soil and water conservation asset with 1500 families in 60 villages on the INRM principle
• Gender and Health- Designed modules, trained, and facilitated rural women for gender, health, and hygiene with 800 women
• MGNREGA- Awareness generation at the community level and facilitated Panchayat, Block, District, and State administration for smooth implementation in 60 villages
• State Resource Person for Natural Resource Management and MGNREGA in Jharkhand-Imparted training to different relevant stakeholders in 3 districts of Jharkhand

• Community Mobilization and institution-building through Self Help Group-Cluster Level Federation and its tier institution(SHG-VO-CLF-BLF) in 10 villages with 400 families
• Livelihood interventions with 200 families in 10 villages in agriculture, horticulture, and livestock through community institutions of rural women for food sufficiency and income generation
• Implemented Integrated Natural Resource Management(INRM) works under Special Swarn Jayanti Gram Swaraj Yojna(S-SGSY) and NABARD-TDF with 100 families in the 10 villages
