• In charge of a team of Credit Officers appraising credit proposals relating Micro, Small & Medium enterprises under the Zone
• Ensuring the appraisal and evaluations are diligently done as guided by the Bank's Credit policy
• Ensuring prescribed Turn Around Time is maintained to enable business to commit predictable timelines to the prospects
• Overall monitoring of the sanctioned and disbursed cases to ensure timely renewal / review

• Reporting to National Credit Head
• In charge of team of Credit Managers evaluating Credit Proposals relating to SMEs across India
• Maintaining TAT for sanction / decline of proposals
• Ensuring timely renewal / review

• In charge of Chennai Region as the Business Head originating SME Credit
• Responsible for growth of the SME book of the region
• Ensuring hygiene in sanctioned cases
• Ensuring timely submission of data for renewal / review
• In charge of Relationship Managers and maintain healthy relationship with the clients which will enable cross sell of bank's other products and/or services
