- Review of the Project Specification for Preparation of Material Submittals, Drawings and Engineering Data of all specialist systems in order to procure the required system materials to cope up with the Project Program
- Review planning & execution of MEP work
- Monitor MEP activities, MEP staff and subcontractors work to make sure project priorities (Safety, quality and productivity)
- Liaison with all engineers, consultants with respect to project, electrical & LV works and attending weekly progress meetings
- Check and review Sub-Contractor progress reports
- Coordination with client, Consultants for the smooth completion of the project
- Commissioning of Electrical power distribution system like Switchboards, Generator, ATS panel, VFDs
- Certifying subcontractor executed quantities for monthly payments
- Inspections of electrical Panel (HT & LT), DG, UPS, Stabilizer, Transformers, Raising Main/Bus ducts etc
- Big network with vendors for all packages inclusive of Electrical, LV, Security systems, networking to sort out of material issue
- Auditing of with respect of billing, HOD, Commissioning reports and project closer
- Making of quotations with rate analysis and supporting documents for Non- schedules items
