• Manage leave cycles and appraisal terms for the team

• Tracking the peer group performance growth rate.

• Functional Area: GRU NAM Stock/Cash Reconciliation
• Stock & Cash/Position Recon with products – Treasury, Fed Govt Bonds, Equity, Securities and FX

(Securities Trade Processing)

• Functional Area: Trade Matching, Settlements & FX
• Matching the Security trades like Fixed Income, Equity,ABS,MBS,CDs before the cut-off
• Matching the trade with Mail confirmation, Fax confirmation, phone confirmation, CTM & OMEGO confirmation

• Functional Area: Static setup & Account maintenance
• Worked on OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) entities to the Filtering System
• Verified all documents submitted by parties to ensure their authenticity and further validated respective profile as per KYC norms
