Role : Engineer Contract - II

• To handle Business Development of plant projects (i.e Chemical, Petrochemical, Oil & Gas, LNG/LPG, Power Plant etc.)
• Prepare Technical Specifications/Proposals, Bid Evaluation etc.
• Deal with competitive companies/Clients/Partners and Government Authorities.
• Cost estimating & cost budgeting.
• Preparing and updating schedules, reports weekly and monthly for various projects.
• Performing activities with full coordination between Technical, commercial and construction team.
• Downloading the online tender uploaded by clients (BHEL,IOCL,HPCL,INDIABULLS,LUBRIZOL etc) in their website.
• Reviewing the Pre Qualification Criteria for the tender and the EMD value or the Bank Guarantee for the tender.
• Analysis of rates as per the BOQ provided by the client from the tender document.
• Working of L+M which includes your quoted price and the labour and machineries rates which we had analyzed.
• Achieved successful project outcomes by maintaining accurate documentation and meeting strict deadlines.

Role : Production Engineer

• Coordinating between vendor and DEC (Detailed Engineering Consultant) / In-house Engineering Division for design clarifications and approvals.
• Planning & Process planning for the project.
• Procurement of materials.
• Getting the material to be inspected to the NDT Person for inspection.
• Taking the material for assembly once after completing all the inspection as per the QAP of the project.
• Dispatch.
• Managed production schedules, ensuring timely delivery of products while maintaining high quality standards.
• Communicated with other team members to enhance process and performance.

Role : Project Engineer

• Follow-Up with the discipline for the project control related issue like progress report, material report and manpower report.
• Preparing and updating schedules, reports weekly and monthly for various projects.
• Perform proper management of procurement and delivery of material to site.
• Responsible for preparing construction activities and other related documents to support successful execution of the project.
• Performing activities with full coordination between Technical, commercial and construction team.
• Analysis of rates as per the BOQ provided by the client from the tender document.

• Maintained records for each project and engineering discipline.

Role : Project Engg, Site Execution & QA/QC Engineer

• Inspection of various materials during various stages of production at shop for its suitability in conformance with applicable codes, standards and specification as per the approved QAP, instructions of P.O. and the approved drawing, if any.
• Inspected project materials for vessels, columns, heat exchangers, equal tee, chimney, Withdrawal and straightening unit and bulk material – pipe, pipe fittings, etc.
• Maintaining Stage wise Inspection Reports for the Project.
• Responsible for planning, organizing and coordinating with contractor and Nominated Engineering consultants in day to day project quality activities like reviewing various procedures for construction, approval of related WPS, study and interpret Project Specification, Drawings.
• Witness various quality control and inspection activities during various stages of fabrication to ensure conformity to applicable specification and codes.
• Extensive day-to-day contact and co-ordination with Managers, Engineers and contractor staff on matters related to construction QA/QC activities.
• Preparing manufacturers record book and dispatch arrangement for the equipment to site.
• Planning for the complete project starting from procurement till the Dispatch of the project.
• Preparing Manpower Deployment Of the Project.
• Preparing the bar Chart which gives the detail of the work starting date and the completion date of the project.
• Established strong working relationships with clients through exceptional communication skills, fostering trust and collaboration.
