Program & Account Management : Managing Key High revenue client Program at Account Level

• Determining SLR – Service level agreements at account level
• Creating Master service agreements to manage Programs
• Screening SLAs and ensuring the Program is running with passing Quarterly SLA
• Identifying Account level initiatives and creating Standard Modules at Program to be used in multiple projects for clients

Project Management:

• Working on Complex Config Projects in the Account
• Ensuring delivery of IRTServices and / or products to clients, within expected timelines and budget, with quality; including resource planning and management
• Working closely with TOP CROs in Market and aligning to study and trail requirement
• Understanding Clinical protocol and study requirements
• Acting as primary contact for clients
• Contracts and Proposal Set ups for new awards
• Project planning with Customer release requirements
• Resource planning from requirement gathering to release engineering for client
• Adapting approaches related to Waterfall or Agile based on complexity and urgency of Delivery to client
