Responsibilities

• Managing various technical aspects, such as software design, coding of modules, monitoring critical issues, and taking appropriate actions.
• Worked on the enhancement tasks and released them to the client within the targeted date.
• Address and resolve client-reported issues on priority, with the corrective root cause and solution.
• Providing technical support for clients within the estimated duration.
