  • Working as a Sr. Executive – Human Resources, independently handling the Food Unit, the contract cell management, and having overall control of contract labor and vendors. ITC Food Unit is deploying over 800 contract workers on a day-to-day basis and around 463 on-roll employees on a round-the-clock basis. Additional responsibility of the administration of the plant.
  • Contractual Labor Management and Compliance: Handling more than 15 vendors for contractual manpower and engineering works. Contract manpower planning and ensure the availability as per the production plan. Ensuring compliance of contractor manpower every month. Finalization of manpower bills on a monthly basis. Contract manpower planning and ensure the availability as per the production plan. Ensuring legal and statutory compliance. Salary and wage administration, attendance, and payroll management. Monthly contractor compliance audit and rectification of gaps. Ensuring the payment of contract manpower as per statutory terms. Grievance handling of contract manpower through an open house session.
  • Industrial Relations & Welfare: Played a key role with the management during the long-term wage settlement with the workers' union in RB and ITC Limited. Salary and wage administration. Employees' counseling for absenteeism, late coming, unplanned leaves, and any acts of indiscipline, along with grievance handling, should ensure 100% compliance with the PR calendar, including Knowing the Door, Hack Night, Birthday Celebration, Parivar Se Parivar Tak, and Anandotsav (Annual Function). Maintaining a healthy and progressive relationship between workers and management is essential.
  • Administration Management: Handling security for both Unit I and Unit II. Handling housekeeping, horticulture, transportation, and VIP guest arrangements. Developing and maintaining healthy relationships with government and non-government organizations. Transportation and CCTV camera handling. Ensure the PO preparation in Ariba (SAP), and the timely payment process. Organizing employee engagement activities, such as birthday celebrations, New Year celebrations, festivals, and recreation facilities. Vendor management of canteen, transportation, horticulture, security, OHC, housekeeping, and hotels.
