Develop & execute sales goals and strategies and verifies alignment with the brand business strategy
Increasing REVPAR and gaining market share versus our compset through an aggressive direct sales effort and strategic e-commerce sales and marketing efforts Coordinate with revenue team and align pricing strategy of the property
Managing the property's reactive and proactive sales efforts
Responsible for effective executing usage of Marriott International sales tools
To manage Inventory, develop strong distribution based on internal and external marketing Intelligence while optimizing existing and assisting in creating additional demand with objective of achieving Revenue
Provides customer intelligence in evaluating the market and economic trends that may lead to changes in sales strategy to meet or exceed customer expectations
Suggests and execute innovative marketing ideas and develops deployment strategies to continue to grow market share
Evaluates and supports participation and account deployment with Area Sales and Group Sales within the Sales Office
Identifies public relations opportunities and coordinates activities to augment the overall marketing communication strategy
Executes and supports Marriott's Customer Service Standards and property brand Standards
