- Led more than 500 Training workshops, including developing and managing project plans in alignment with timeframes, budget, scheduling and resources, online and in-person in India and neighboring countries.

- Successful trained on IT security and cybersecurity issues and best practices and contributed effectively to maintain program compliance on IT security and privacy matters.
- Stay up to date on the functioning and activities of the PFC network of Canadian organizations, agencies, and associations.
- Mentored 12 new hires and successfully helped them learn and facilitate PFC sessions.
