Handling and charging late payments from the customers in order to avoid the revenue leakage to the company.
Auditing the shipments processed for ensuring 100% quality output to the customer.
Make calls to the customer to acquire information and there by ensuring to complete the shipments with quick turnaround time.
Handling emails through Salesforce application to resolve the request at the earliest by collaborating with various departments.
Training New bees for easy process transition and there by enabling them to work independently and handle the process single handedly.
