Primarily responsible for the Release & Deployment of new version of application on various DevOps tools like Azure DevOps with AKS, Bamboo, Maven, BitBucket, SonarQube and Docker for a Microservice based application deployment. Provides Support by resolving Build and Deployment related issues on behalf of Application development team during development phase till PROD.

• Review developed automated scripts, leading activities carried out at client location, working with various development, operations, and business user teams to make sure hassle-free delivery of product from Development environment to Production environment
• Perform impact analysis of changes needed for customization of tools created by him “One touch deployment”, “Redis HA”. These tools have capability to extend for other project needs as part of process improvement.
• Ownership of release and deployment of new version of application on Azure DevOps with Azure Kubernetes Service, Bamboo, Maven, BitBucket, SonarQube, Docker, JFrog, IBM Urbancode Deployment and AKS with Istio as Service mesh.
• Setup Bamboo and Azure DevOps CI/CD pipeline for newly onboarded applications. Set up end-to-end process from environment creation to deployment server configuration by ensuring quality gate checks covered.
• Manage CICD pipeline and environment setup for full stack java technology stack using Atlassian stack and Azure DevOps pipeline. Like Jira Projects migration to Azure Boards, Bitbucket Migration to Azure Repos and Bamboo Build job to Azure Build pipeline and Bamboo/UCD deployment process to Azure Release Pipeline.
• Perform Impact analysis on migration of Atlassian tool stack to Azure DevOps. Validation involves issue type migration to Work-items in Azure, Branch/Tags/commits migration from bitbucket to Azure Repo and task migration from Bamboo to Azure Pipelines.
• Implementation of AZURE KEY VAULT on pipeline to enhance security. All password/secrets and certificates were stored in AKV and retrieved during deployment process for secured deployment.
• Perform impact analysis and implementation of Bullet train process on existing application by integrating with ServiceNow. Which is new process to be added to GSSP application which reduces approval process, auto update of Change tickets during production deployment.
• Understand customers roadmap and anticipate their needs, accumulate resources, getting aligned to it by preparing proof of concept and facilitate end-to-end communication.
• Presents Weekly/Monthly status report to customer along with automations which are in progress/Issues faced to keep customers knows about productivity of team during regular weekly sync-up calls. During year end, YTD will also be presented along with next year goals.

Solely responsible for maintaining the 100 % environment availability for Environment and supports the Environment refreshes. Extensively worked on OPC, Autosys and Maestro to schedule, maintain and monitor batch jobs, utilized Endeavor in implementing COBOL, JCL and DB2 modules, used TIMMAIN to install the mainframe components on Discover Financial Services mainframe.

• Analyzing defects assigned for environments using UNIX scripts and ensure that all environment issues are resolved within stipulated SLA’s. Also make sure that application related issues are assigned to concerned application teams for quick closure of defects.
• Participated in entrance meeting and coordinated with multiple project and application teams to ensure that necessary setups are made for any new projects in environment. Participated in Problem management meetings to reduce downtimes faced in environments due to recurring issues and ensures that issues are permanently fixed.
