  • Worked on all claims on denial, rejection, and no response work queue, and follow up review, and document accordingly. And always try to find new ways to help and improve the process by find new trends and share with my colleagues
  • Vast knowledge of Insurance portals and Domains used for claims handling like Availity, Meridian, UHC, Cigna and also have Experience of Using Athena as well as EPIC
