- 4) In sixth months of operation critical improvements are as under:
- Developed vendors for tooling spares to reduce breakdown /preventive maintenance.
- Developed alternate methods for manufacturing of carbide die machining.
- Developed complete tools by sub-contracting with vendors for carbide dies (heart metal) to suit high-speed presses of 1000 strokes per minute.

- 1) Instrumental in improving the input of tool & mould order from Rs. 35 million to Rs. 70 Millions correspondingly reduce component production item from 325 million to 280 million. The former had cost input is 55% against the 80% of the production had.
- 2) Tool throughput time brought down to an average of 12 weeks against initial 20-30 weeks.
- 3) In the press shop tool up time reduced from 115 minutes and average of 10-15 minutes.
- 4) Company turn around from the loss of Rs. 1.5 Million per month to a profit making Rs. 1.00 million per month.
