- As an AR Caller, my responsibilities are not limited to below.
- Under medical billing of the RCM cycle, my role is that of an Authorization expert. As an authorization expert, I acquire authorization for high-value cardiology tests. This process involves me making calls to American Insurance and TPA companies to acquire authorization. Next, I update the software accordingly as Approved, Denied, or Pending. In case of denial and pending, I need to follow up until a final determination is obtained.
