• Create MOC and other report writing, Create Incident report and PM work orders
• Preparing daily, weekly and monthly production report
• In case of emergencies, shuts down Plant partially or totally, take necessary actions in accordance with standing orders and instructions from Senior Panel Operator or Supervisor
• Make regular checks of well heads, Separator, Instrument Air Kit and all measuring units to ensure that they are functioning properly as per the standard operating procedures
• Report all instrument and equipment defects and leaks immediately to my senior engineer and take necessary action
• To take reading from the Separator, well head, Gas injection line, Main line and water injection line
• Start, check stop diesel generator and pumps according to the instructions
• In well testing each and every hour a variety of readings such as oil and gas flow, temperature and pressure and record unusual occurrence then reporting at my senior engineer
• Open or close the water injection destruction and gas lift manifolds on the satellite which process platform to the well head platform
• Assist in isolating – draining, Purging and hand over the equipment for maintenance on inspection and check the equipment for correct operating when the maintenance job is completed
• Make the routine weekly run test of equipment like emergency diesel generator, diesel and electrical fire pumps
• With the guidance of senior engineer, Launching pigs into pipe line 8 and receiving pigs from pipe lines and check it for damages
• Start up, shut down and black start of production & process facility
• Monitoring and controlling process parameters and maintaining all the process permissive parameters for continuous plant operation
• Handing over the equipment’s for maintenance by overriding trip logic under instruction of supervisor
• Expertise with trend analyzing, Alarm & Trip setting and Process related drawings
• Process evaluation to maximize the volume and quality of oil and optimize the rate and quality of gas metered to downstream facilities
• Review and acknowledge work permit according to the risk assessment to the concerned task
• Reading the status of wells using SCADA system
• Operating and monitoring the heat medium boilers, potable water treatment plant, and produced water treatment package and water injection system using serial link communication
• Operating and controlling of export custody metering and proving using flow computer
• Operation of multi-phase flow meter for individual well testing
• Determine necessity for operational changes needed and inform Superior accordingly
• Ensures safe start-up of the plant/equipment after plant upset/emergency in coordination with control room
• Routinely monitor the various operating equipment’s in the Plant, look out for any abnormalities, fault or leak and report immediately to supervisor for initiating its repair work

Receiving Crude Form Different Well Head Platform, Separators (Horizontal), Dehydration Tank, Heat Exchangers, Emulsion Treatment by – Hydro Cyclone Separator, Heater Treated (hot oil), Desalting Crude through Electric De salters, Oil level Reading in Surge Tanks, Operation of Draining Water, All Shut Down Works of CPF Unit, Collecting oil Samples, Knowledge of Crude Stabilization tank, Scrubber, Knock out Drum, Storage Tank ETC. Chemical Dosing Pump operation Such as a Demulsifier, OCI – Oil corrosion inhibitors and PPD Pour Point Different Chemical Injection – Rate Calculations, Chemical Dosing Pump Calibration etc.

Test Run for the Standby Equipment as per the Schedule, Isolations and De isolation of Equipment for Maintenance, Familiar with Work Permit Systems, Gas Testing, and Mech. & Elect. Isolation Procedures and Co-Ordination with the Maintenance Crew, Trouble Shooting Reports, Co-Coordinating with the Panel Operator and Supervisor during the Emergency Shutdown or Planned Long Shutdown and During the Startup of the Plant. Standard Operation knowledge of Flow, Level, Pressure &Temperature in Control system of DCS.

• Starting, Monitoring and Shut down of Booster & Main Centrifugal pumps.
