➢ Coordination for all meetings including PRT
➢ Maintenance of the Employee’s PARs/PRs up to Class-II officials.
➢ Issue of Leave Order
➢ Updation of attendance/ leave record in ERP System

➢ Co-ordination, Communication and monitoring with other departments, offices including Govt. Offices

➢ Circulation of office orders to all units under the division
➢ Booking of inspection bungalow, allotment of staff quarters
➢ Looking into security matters, office maintenance, office furniture maintenance
➢ Periodic inspection of Customer Care Centers and Sub-Stations
➢ Issue of the Identity Card/Slip
➢ Issue of forms relating to employees claims and benefits
➢ Identify and prepare appropriate cases for compounding u/s 152
➢ Identify and prepare appropriate cases for out of court settlement as per office orders
➢ Identify and prepare appropriate cases of non-collectible arrears for write off as per office orders
➢ Compliance of all labour laws
➢ Initiation of proposal for procurement/purchase/AMC etc.
➢ Responsible for preparation of Tender Notice

➢ Preparation of tabulation of bids/offers and processing & initiation of proposal for placement of orders
➢ Processing of prayer for grant of medical advance / House Building Loan / Permission for purchase of Land/ vehicle.

➢ Processing of clearance of probation period/confirmation of service
➢ Servicing of call letters for interview, test, training of employees
➢ Dealing of prayer for document & information under the RTI Act.
➢ Maintaining and preservation of records, files, documents & registers
➢ Maintenance of updated data of manpower, position wise against sanctioned post
➢ Periodic Gap analysis of manpower and initiating actions for filing up the vacancy
➢ Submission of Manpower Information as per Circular to the concerned department
➢ Plays an important role in furnishing audit report.
➢ All ERP related activities pertaining to HR functions in HCM Module and related functions in MM Module (creation of office order and processing of claims).
➢ Maintenance of Accident Module, Audit Module & Theft Module.
➢ Supervision and monitoring of activates in connection with Image Checking with Energy Bills.
➢ Supervision and monitoring of activates in connection with revenue related works.
