· A Qualified IT Professional with 7+ years of total experience including 4+ years of relevant experience in Service-Now Administration and Development.
· Hands-on experience in various products of Service-Now including Service Catalog Requests, Configuration Management, Administration, Case,Incident, Problem and Change Management, Knowledge Management, etc.
· Experience in Implementation and maintenance of Business Rules, Client Scripts, etc.
· Good understanding and hands on experience in Helpdesk / Service Desk.
· Development and customization of various modules in ServiceNow to fulfill the client needs.
· Used JavaScript to create Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies and UI Actions.
· Managed roles and permissions, group creations, ACL’s (access control lists) and Service Level Agreements (SLA).
· Strong team player, ability to work independently and in a team as well, ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment, commitment towards learning, Possess excellent communication, project management, documentation, interpersonal skills.
· Good Knowledge on creating Reports and Dashboards and interactive filters to easily get the reports.
