1. Play a key role in creation of technical documents such as MIS (Manufacturing Instruction Sheets), MVA(Manufacturing
Visual Aids), RIS (Rework Instruction Sheets).
2. Reviewing and mantaining of manufacturing instruction sheets, Visual aids, and how to work instructions.
3. Create comprehensive installation plans and precise work instructions to drive production team efficiency.
4. Responsible for timely updation of BOMs and technical documents whenever new engineering drawings are released by
customer.

3.Responsible for handling technical queries from supplier
Key Role in working on the disposition of Non conformance from
Boeing Customer. .
4.Experienced in providing technical support to assembly team to
ensure product meets engineering & quality requirements.
5.Raising the SIR’s to Customer for Engineering Related Queries.

• Maintaining the Aircraft Consumables and Performing the Re-testing for Extending the Life Span and Maintaining the Life extension documents
• Raising the Non-conformance reports to Boeing and Performing the rework as per the disposition
• Maintaining and preserving the All inspections documents like Route cards, FAI's, FIR's, NC Disposition copies, External Customer complaints.
• Attending the Daily base Morning Meetings and Knowledge sharing and educating the Fellow inspectors and Production Teams about the daily bases issues.
• Problem solving and Making corrective and Preventive actions
• Supporting the Zero FOD Inspection in Final deliverable aircraft and Its Inspections as well
• Supporting in Daily base 5's,Kaizen Activities.

• Being as a Lead inspector worked in Subassembly, Integration, Paint booth, Final Inspection area's of APACHE AH64 Fuselage Assembly
• Ensuring that manufactured products meet high-quality standards, developing processes, testing procedures, to ensure that products and processes comply with Customer expectations.
• Handling the special process , Assembly Process and Product audits from both internal and External and handling Boeing customers, External Auditors like AS 9100 QMS Audit's, ISO 9001 QMS Audit’s
• Ensuring the quality of the detail level parts, Assembly level as per the customer requirement, Have the good command on Boeing specification knowledge
• Participating the Tool change and configuration change meeting and performing FAI according to that.
• Non conformances parts management and participating the MRB meetings
• Performing the FULL FAI/PARTIAL FAI
• Involved in AS9100 internal and external Audits, EHS Audits ,Safety Audits, Customer special process Audits .. and meeting its compliance.

• Auditing the In-process activities and line clearance system. Ensuring supplier quality, Product quality and finding the non-conformance & Auditing Sub-Units.
• Handling the customer complaints & doing CAPA's, Training the people's
• Preparing the Process Flow charts, Standard operating procedure, Checklist, Quality manuals
• Performing the Equipment Validation(DQ,IQ,OQ,PQ) and montring the equipment performance and revalidations as per the timeline
• Handling the Equipment Vendors inside the plant while equipment installations
• Viseting the Suppliers if we receive any complaints in receiving parts for resolving the issue at root Level.

• Daily base Auditing the Production & Packing Lines, Warehouse and making daily Quality reports and highlights the quality issues to vendor and top level management and facing the External Audits.
• Doing CAPA with help of production team on quality issues.
• Visiting the Vendor's if we receive any complaints in receiving parts for resolving the issue at root Level.

• Monitoring the daily defects, feedback internal customer & Giving awareness to the operator
• Preparing and controlling the Process flow charts, PFMEA, Control Plan, Risk mitigations, Performing the corrective action and preventive actions(CAPA)
• Maintaining the Buyoff gate documents, SQDCME & 5'S Implementation
• Performing Gemba Kaizens Events for elimination of wastages at internal and vendor Level
• Maintaining Internal and external external customer complaints
