• Collaborated with a cross-functional team of Consultants and Data Engineers to identify, measure and recommend improvement strategies for KPIs across business areas by leveraging python to generate potential revenue of $20+ M for a CPG client in the SRM domain
• Built a Route-To-Market optimization solution by utilizing Python and PySpark in Azure Databricks for pre-processing, wrangling, interpretation, and visualization of structured and semi-structured data leading to cost savings of $15+M across 4 geographies
• Spearheaded the creation and maintenance of dashboards to answer the ad-hoc queries of business stakeholders

NLP based customer service analytics:

• Developed a topic modeling based algorithm to extract top issues and troubleshooting steps that resulted in negative customer experience from chat transcript data
• Implemented a two-layer topic modeling using NMF and agglomerative clustering-based models to classify data embeddings created using TfidfVectorizer.
• Utilized advanced querying, visualization, and analytics tools to analyze and process obtained results to gain insights for business stakeholders.

Information retrieval system:

• Built a proof of concept for an information retrieval system to extract and process text content from defense PDF magazines
• Performed Named Entity Recognition(NER) and topic modeling on articles to extract various tags like object, organization, location, etc using NLP libraries like NLTK and SpaCy, and clustering them into various categories.
