  • Logistical Planning for dispatching two wheeler from factory to depots and dealership North & South zones based on sales
  • Managing truck planning, bike retrieving and loading within TAT on dispatches to depots logistics activities; packaging development (cost saving & quality control) for packaging materials used for 2 wheeler dispatch
  • Preparation, adherence report on the dispatches from plant to dealers (w.r.t to sales)
  • Handling Allocation S&OP Billing Motorcycles for dealers (More than 500 dealers –North & South Zone)
  • Ensure timely receipt & storage of goods at all warehouses.
  • Ensure orders are billed within timeline & ensure the billing as per FIFO based stocks
  • Monitoring storage norms, stacking accessories material height FIFO compliance at warehouses.
  • Transport planning for secondary Distribution to the dealers from Region Hubs.
  • Preparation of monthly Transport performance to analyze transporter wise transit damage percentage, Dispatches and Deliveries against agreed lead times.
  • Handled nearly 10 C&F and Transporters more than 100 trucks for Dispatch to dealers
  • Implemented 5S techniques in Warehouse for smooth flow of operations.
  • Monitoring and controlling stocks by Stock control report and maintaining 100% inventory accuracy- (Capture reasons for discrepancy and drive action plan with depots).
  • Evaluated all depots as per score card. Identify low performing depots and drive action plan for the improvement plan & Encourage top performer to give best team awards which will help to improve all the depots
  • Daily, Weekly & Monthly monitoring & maintaining stocks inward and outward based on ensured SLA & truck utilization adherence
  • Coordinate with Finance team for PAN India E-way bill reconciliation
  • C&F and Freight Bill: C&F & Secondary Bill approval given based on proofs validations
  • Payment process to be done through automation (SAP)
  • Infrastructure Management: Propose infrastructure requirement at all warehouses based on score card
  • Drive deployment of infrastructure as per approved capex Audit Management.
  • Transportation: Tracking truck GPS and Identifying transporters in new routes (existing routes, where required) including negotiation and cost evaluation.
  • Freight comparison, negotiation & proposing new opportunities for cost reduction.
  • Ensuring transporter performance, review and improving service level as Transporter scorecard.
  • Improve the Optimized crates & Bike holding units to be increased productivity achieved cost saving
  • Internal & External audit Planning of monthly internal stock audit and if there any negligence take into action
  • Compliance as per third party stock audits and submitting action plan- ISO audit preparation and successful audit without exception Identify improvement opportunities arising out of audit Observations and closure of actions EHS, Safety & Statutory compliance (under guidance of Central team for Safety and EHS).
  • Ensure standard safety measures in the warehouse to avoid accidents in due consultation with transport and RC team for Timely completion of all Legal points as assigned.
