Project and Delivery Management:

• In-depth experience of PLM software on Team center engineering and Enovia with the knowledge of searching the items on multiple servers, remote and import to own the required items, creating the parts and checking the assembly impact for the part.
• Proficiently worked on Design change order (DCI) for steam turbine stationary structure components like shells, exhaust hoods, packing heads and diaphragms.
• Performed as Global BOM (Bill of Material) Auditor to ensure the assembly bill of material correctness in PLM per locomotive domain customer criteria

• Handled ECO team and team had a growth from 5 to 11 FTE.
• Responsible for Project management and delivery management.
• played the PLM checker role and Got appreciation from GE Transportation customer for delivering the flawless drawings per the customer requirement consecutive 13 weeks. Customer was delighted among the vendors by this team effort.
• Part of CI project and Won First prize on Six Sigma competition which was conducted on Quest for the continuous improvement project of internal defect reduction on GE Transportation - PDE team during Global Quality month.
• Supported on the Recruitment process and recruited 13 Engineers from one day walk in drive during the team ramp up.
• Played a pivotal role to improve the FTY from 89% to 95% that was included Engineering Defect. I formed Technical team and Peer review team and led the team towards this achievement. Technical team was responsible to enrich the technical knowledge to entire team. Peer reviewer was responsible to minimize the error from product definition drawings before it reaches to Technical reviewer.

• Worked in GE Steam Turbine team and deputed to GE Energy Schenectady in order to get trained on GE applications for three months.
• Gained in depth knowledge of CAD design and PLM from steam turbine components like Exhaust Hood, Inner/Outer shell casing, packing head.
• Actively involved in Direct material productivity (DMP) cost saving ($ 200K/yr) project “Composite Pattern HP and IP on inner shell pattern”.
• Project was very much appreciated by customer on the effort applied by individual and team.
• These projects were selected as “Project of the Month” at customer site.

• The experience involves Shell press operation and Maintenance of Fleetwood Conveyers, Roll feed Mechanism and Quality checking for finished products.
• Gained the knowledge of Production process and Quality process to ensure the Quality of the product.
• Developed a culture of continuous improvement and making consistency output on production target.
