Project and Delivery Management:
- Efficiently plan, direct, monitor and control all aspects of small and large multi-discipline projects involving design of aviation-engine engineering projects
- Creation of Proposals for various packages across the Program for different customers. Participate and Own RFQ & RFP responses.
- Owning the tracking of Hardware, Software and Networking related requirements for Program ramp-up.
Customer Management:
- Promote effective supervision and coordination of several projects that are in different geography concurrently along with building and maintaining positive client relationships.

- Supporting to review completeness and accuracy of deliverables prepared by team before issuance, and implement quality assurance procedures.

- Understanding and managing internal stakeholders by fulfilling their needs and expectation of contribution margin, Yield and keep them informed on all project updates.
- Responsible for internal and external project audits as a business requirement.
- Develop and leverage customer contacts to identify new business opportunities and grow and add new business
Technical Expertise:
- Proficient on Geometric Dimensional & Tolerance (GD&T) ASME Y14.5 2004 standard and Tolerance stack up for assembly parts
Engineering Drawing modification on the 2D Engineering Drawing and Model based definition(MBD) through PCM on all Aero Engine modules(Fan, Compressor, Combustor, Turbine & Exhaust)

- Extensive experience in Sketch based Modeling, Parametric Modeling, 2D curve drawing creation, Part Family creation, Assemblies (Wave link concept, Top down and Bottom-up Assembly), Inter part Expressions and Detailing on CAD-NX.
- In-depth experience of PLM software on Team center engineering and Enovia with the knowledge of searching the items on multiple servers, remote and import to own the required items, creating the parts and checking the assembly impact for the part.
- Proficiently worked on Design change order (DCI) for steam turbine stationary structure components like shells, exhaust hoods, packing heads and diaphragms.
- Performed as Global BOM (Bill of Material) Auditor to ensure the assembly bill of material correctness in PLM per locomotive domain customer criteria
