• Prepare Cost to Complete statement, Final and Interim Payment Applications
• Generating Monthly Cost Value Reconciliation Report and Quarterly Budget Forecast statements
• Extra Items and Claims review
• Coordination with Clients /Consultants in raising and closing of RFI’s
• Assist in design coordination and ensure design deliverables to site.
