  • Experienced in performing transactions in Oracle CMRO for Engine Production Planning and Control activities including material planning for jet engines.
  • Experienced in tracking and installing LLP's & serialized parts in CMRO.
  • Carried out generating Engine parts disposition in CMRO and coordinate with Supply Chain to make sure parts are routed and arrived at Outside Vendor.
  • Experienced in Engine kitting and marshalling for Engine modules like GE-F110, GE -T700, MOD 7, JFS & Turbo Starter.Familiar with Engine Manuals, Technical Procedure Manual for Production control in all checks executed, this included Engine and APU checks.
  • Monitors maintenance work progress continuously to ensure smooth workflow, reports to the Supervisor - Operations any delay or deviation from the planned flow chart and implements corrective measures accordingly.
  • Reviews the documents of all completed tasks received from the Engineers against the original pre documentation approved to identify any variations or discrepancies prior to issuing associated certification.
  • Prepares list of all the materials/tools shortages, communicates to Procurement team for proper action and follows up on status till necessary items are received and handed to concerned personnel.
  • Coordinates with the Technical Procurement reading AOG critical parts to be dispatched to MRO facility in order to avoid work stoppage.
  • Prepares Special process routing of parts to respective shops with proper tagging with parts tracking list and updates in Production control master file regarding daily status.
  • Experienced in demanding scrap replacement, spares, and kits for multiple engine portfolios.
  • Plan allocation of resources and distribution of work to ensure production commitments are accomplished as per schedule.
