MDI is used for 2G/3G/4G service provisioning. Commercial orders are stored in “tables” of provisioning, which deals with translating the technical terms in (tasks) to be routed to the network platforms to be made “operational”., Roles and Responsibilities: Responsible for mentoring the Server Spaces to understand the environment and business Troubleshooting the problems and coordinating with respective teams for a permanent resolution Deploying the Release and Manage the Outages as part Of the Provisioning. Handle clearing rejected and pending requests at systems on daily basis. Responsible to deliver HOTSIM(Prepaid) activation batches as per SLA/customer requirements Resolving the tickets by using Remedy and Maximo tools. Takes care of Service Provisioning on Various N/W Elements like IN, HLR, AAA, BB etc. Takes care of COMPTEL Instant Link and Provisioning Systems Operational Activities Checking pending activation, deactivation requests and clearing them on time Monitoring the system and making necessary arrangements/modifications to run system smoothly. Working on customer issues/tickets raised through remedy, #Project 2 Title: Data Warehouse (DWH) Client: VF-Spain Team Size: 32 Environment: HP OVO, Linux, Unix, Windows, SQL, BMC Remedy (Ticketing Tool), Secure CRT, Putty, File-Zila, M-Control, Autosys, Project Description: AO Spain application mainly deals with controlling and monitoring the billing data to be transfer from Formatting machine to Load machine and Load machine to Teradata database. Performing the 1st level for the alerts generated in different OVO Consoles., Roles and Responsibilities: Daily report generating and monitoring. Manually FTP the files from Format machine to Load machine if it failed during the process because of network failure. Checking the reason behind failed FTP files, if found any bad record, remove it, and process the Job again in Control-M. Handling automation for show the status of reports. Monitoring and generating point files every month on the billing days to process it forward to Teradata database for generation of billing data. FTP Control Files (Billing) from one host server to other, compare the billing data, load, and format files in ETL of Vodafone Billing cycle. Handle the alerts in Control-M, HP OVO and BSM Consoles. Create Tickets in Remedy 7.6 and escalating it to concern team for resolution. Performing first level operation for Remedy 7.6 Incidents/SR’s and closing them after updating the performed action. As the completion of 1st level performance check, checks the threshold of file system and removes the old files to keep the file system within the threshold. As per the written documentation run the required scripts from the mentioned machines to perform the primary level operations and resolving the Incidents with the performed artifacts. Restarts the machines and kill the old processes (if required) whenever alert got generate for the same machines over different consoles.
