· Led the Cargill’s CSR project ‘Local Economic Development’ with a total budget of INR 250 million benefiting 25,000 farmer households in Davanagere, Karnataka with team of 25 professionals.

· Implemented safe drinking water, sanitation and hygiene (WASH) program for Schools & Anganwadis benefitting around 25,000 school children. Conducted capacity building program on the collective management of infrastructure created and the WASH program involving all the students and teachers in liaison with the Govt education department.

· Developed Cargill Agri Fellow Program to enable the skills of unemployed youth as rural entrepreneurs in liaison with the UAS-Dharwad

· Developed capacity building program on sustainable agriculture practices that included baseline creation and impact, curriculum development, SOPs and training manuals that led to the development of digital application for farm advisory services and market access to smallholder farmers (DigitalSaathi) as well as promotion of Bhadra farmers producer company with 5000 farmers as the members.

· Led the ‘Bharat India Jodo’ project with a budget of INR 300 million and a team of 30 professionals and 150 local resource persons from 30 village farmers collectives

· Implemented sustainable agriculture interventions such as soil and water conservation to improve quality and productivity in more than 25000 Ha of land including wastelands, farm advisory and trainings on marketing farm produce, all that resulted 50% incremental economic returns to 5,000 farmer households.

· Liaison with Govt. line departments to leverage various benefits like subsidies, crop inputs, trainings and Agri-tech solutions. Implemented education, safe water, health and hygiene, used ICT tools for information dissemination, financial literacy, women empowerment and promotion of socio-cultural heritage for a stronger farmer collectives. This has led to the formation of Bidar Krishika producer company with an average annual turnover of INR 40 million and growing.

· Collaborated with communication and corporate functionaries to develop CSR and sustainability reports based on the project baseline and impact assessments.

· Developed regional operations of Micro Pensions in AP and Rajasthan states.

· Trained more than 2000 sales executives of the business partner BASIX and directly educated more than 1 lakh individuals on the ‘need to save for the retirement.’

· Enrolled and managed the MIS of more than 2 lakh customers with an average annual asset under management worth INR 240 million under retirement benefit scheme of the UTI Mutual Fund

· Supported consulting projects to design and delivery of state level Govt co-contributory pension schemes namely Vishwakarma Pension Yojana (Rajasthan) and Abhaya Hastham Pension Scheme (Andhra Pradesh); National level Atal Pension Yojana (NPS-Lite), Mahatma Gandhi Pravasi Suraksha Yojana (MOIA) benefiting millions of the unorganized sector workers across India.

· Managed a comprehensive social security program covering life, general insurance and retirement savings benefiting 60,000 artisanal fishermen families in Kerala and Tamilnadu.

· Developed fishing equipment insurance scheme benefiting all the members of the fishermen federations.

· Developed training modules for all the field and operations staff on the program and MIS management for enrollments, claim settlements and scholarship distribution to children of the insured under the aegis of LIC
