Accomplishments

  • Overall Solution Lead for 2 first digital projects at Banque Nationale. I introduced a lot of new tools and new platforms to the bank. I could convince the bank to install SAP Gateway and use OData APIs to leverage their existing developments and launch digital solutions. Did quick prototypes to the bank using UI framework which supported Omni channel support and demonstrated to the Bank Management. A quick solution could be set up leveraging their already existing Mortgage Origination platform we built over the years by developing REST APIs on existing solution. Introduced and help bank choose new tools for digital experience in eSig nature domain and document sharing domain. Today we have a live online solution which is capable of Pre-authorization of Mortgage Loans and approving credit card in less than 5 minutes. Many new capabilities were introduced at the bank for the first time at the bank and I closely worked with new vendors of the solution offerings for integration. Digital signatures, Electronic file sharing and introduction QR codes in banking applications were first suggested and introduced by my solution designs for the bank.
  • Project of the Quarter in 2012. This was the biggest project in North America for year 2012 There have been three more go-lives at the Bank. The Bank has not missed a single deadline for go-live so far after I have come on the project. I have moved on from development lead role to Technical Architect. Currently playing a role of a Solution Architect.
  • The proto-type which was not in scope of business blueprint was taken up and completed which was a great success and appreciated from the customer.
  • Successfully delivered on 3 releases of new functionalities in the area of financial asset management and commodity trading.
  • We had a successful go live of ten customers and many more in the pipeline just after first release of the product.
  • Became completely responsible for the product in India also the Product Owner.
  • The project was completed on time and delivered to the customer.
