Responsibilities

  • Multi-skilled professional with around 11 years of functional experience in HR operations.
  • Good Sound knowledge of HR practices and ability to organize work and lead team.
  • Assist with developing, managing, and executing the HR operations, on-boarding, HR benefits, orientation, performance management, and compensation initiatives at the firm.
  • Build and maintain relationships with HR advisor's, HR business partners, and centers of excellence.
  • Manage and lead all HR programming needs for the firm.
  • Develop and deploy to improve the on-boarding and orientation experience for new hires.
  • Manager vendor selections and relationships.

  • Ensure the pre-employment verification initiated on time and all the deliverables done with the TAT.
  • Handling Employee Attendance/Trainings/Leave/Medical/Payroll issues/Grievances/PMS/Engagement Activities.
  • Assist with the development of internal process and procedures and provides input to ensure optimal HR service to the organisation.
  • Oversee working time registration and reporting working time.
  • Ensure employees-in-house payroll details are accurately created and administered.
  • Provide first line support for all payroll, provident fund and tax relate queries.
  • Working within defined process ensure all payments are successfully managed in a timely way (employee, third party and statutory)
  • Process payroll updates, adjustments, deductions for employee record changes, leaves of absence, insurance coverage enrolments/changes, personnel/payroll status updates, termination and hire issued for payroll processing.
  • Handling on various HR administrations task and involving in all the HR activities.
  • Able to manage multiple task and work independently.
  • Flexible and can adapt to any work environment.
