  • Description of the project: Field Power converts the traditional paper and phone driven processes of Maintenance Repair and Overhauling businesses, Enterprise Equipment Management and Field Services Management, to a powerful web based Service order and service collaboration system. Field Power is an innovative way of managing field technicians and Customer in a different geographic location. It is a suite of enterprise wide Service management solution, which fully integrates all business services of a Service Management to a single control center. Field Power is a comprehensive solution for service call management, dispatching, scheduling, and equipment management. It gives flexibility of choice and preference in viewing and monitoring progress of the tasks. Field Power has many extensive features which includes Schedule Optimization, Real Time Dispatch, Location Based Service, Multiple Vendors/Locations, Field Service Integration, Field Service Results, Forecasting and Planning, Mobile Field Service, Inventory etc., Field Power also operate with multiple tenant functionality which enables high level security layer in between the tenants to manage the data and transactions tenant wise. Implementation of Field Power is also done through SAAS model to enhance its availability globally by incurring less software cost. Field Power plays a vital role in Mobile Field Service i.e., Field Mobility. Mobile field service requires that pertinent job data be available for your mobile field force, allowing mobile field resources to receive and send information about the work they are scheduled to do. Two way feedbacks ensure that when changes occur, everyone is informed.
