Roles And Responsibilities

  • Define, design, and implement recruiting programs and search engagements for a variety of senior technical leadership, lateral and campus hiring. This includes understanding and mapping the talent landscape, internal calibration, referrals, and matching those data points with the external talent supply.
  • Driving a team ranging between 3-15 recruiters to fulfill the hiring needs of the Businesses & Individually sourcing candidates at Leadership/CXO level.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including hiring managers, business leaders, and cross-functional teams. Building a process flow for talent pipeline by collaborating closely with the stakeholders, hiring managers, BU Heads
  • Maintained the dashboard & providing hiring metrics to the hiring managers & Leadership team.
  • Actively Involved in Diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) hiring to foster a diverse and inclusive workforce.
  • Manage end-to-end senior search engagements from inception of candidate contact to on-boarding including research, engagement strategies, candidate experience, negotiations and partnering with HR for successful on-boarding and communicating status to all stakeholders along the way.
  • Responsible for end-to-end recruitment activities for multiple business units/COEs across verticals & domains while working as FTE with corporates like 24/7, Triumph India & Skoruz Technologies & RPO/Placements with GE, Amadeus, Baxter, GSK, FIS CSS, Google plus many more clients.
  • Setting sourcing & hiring targets to the team Daily, Monthly, Quarterly & yearly.
  • Involved in Performance Appraisal for the team.
  • P&L planning for the year while with recruitment firms
  • Recruitment Metrics/KPIs - Recruiter productivity, Cost per hire, offer acceptance, Joining Ratio, Source Mix, Diversity Mix
  • Ensure that our services and supporting documentation are compliant with recruitment best practices, ethical standards, legal requirements, and organizational procedures
  • Designed & Implemented Campus hiring program Triumph India. And was part of campus hiring while with GE hiring GETs from Premium Institutes
