PRODUCTION PLANNING, MATERIAL AND PRODUCTIVITY MANAGEMENT
· Production Planning and Control as per Daily, Weekly, & Monthly Production Schedule.
· Monitor daily line-wise production output, Capacity Utilization, Inventory levels adherence, Breakdowns, machine maintenance and communicate as same in daily DOR meetings.
· Daily review with team on Production Plan vs Actual and Implement productivity Improvement steps.
· Ensuring Cost-effective Quality complied production with on-time delivery reliability.
· Daily production SAP punching, evaluate ATP, CPMH & OEE and conduct 5Why’s, RCA & CAPA for breakdowns.
· Deploy and manage manpower and capital resources to maximize productivity.
· Follow-up with Store team on Inventory levels and ensure materials inflow for smooth production.
. Conduct Monthly Stock verification of RM, PM, FG in production and storage areas.
SUPPORT ROLES & PEOPLE MANAGEMENT
· Adherence to Safety & Quality procedures and develop its culture.
· Ensure quality production through good housekeeping and conformance to EHS and Quality Standards.
· Conduct safety meetings, SAMs, refresher trainings on EHS & Quality matters and encourage workmen for SIRC & Near-Misses reporting.
· Collaborate across other departments to share best practices on improvement & excellence activities.
· Building capability of Tier 1 population of shop floor through training and coaching through teamwork best practice.
· Priorities and manage production line maintenance as per schedule or downtimes to minimize manufacturing disruptions.
· Develop supervisors & operators responsible for improvement in production activities.
· Regular evaluation of workmen skills and provide shop-floor trainings to enhance operational & multi-station skills for smooth and boost productivity.
· Supervise and motivate team to maintain discipline; resolve internal issues and encourage feedback.
· HACCP Control measuring of all OPRP’s and CCP and corrective action implementation.
· Participate in Value Survey Results and Record absenteeism % in Kronos system.
