Roles & Responsibilities

• Product Development, Solution Analysis, Stakeholder Management for incorporating various modules required for Clearstream Fund Center Luxembourg (CFCL)
• Playing a vital role in managing various activities of the project like requirement elicitation, analyzing the information gathered, documenting the functional and business requirements in BRD, FRD, and ISD documents.
• Have involved in the solution analysis of various modules that were required for CFCL - Credit and Collateral module, Cash Reporting module (MT900/910, MT950, MT940, MT935 messages), Cash management module (MT103, MT202, MT200, MT210), Account Management module and Customer Management module.
• Presenting the AS-IS system to the relevant stakeholders and documenting the TO-BE solution based on their inputs.
• Organizing Solution Analysis sessions with the relevant stakeholders, documenting the requirements in detail and getting it signed off by the clients before delivering it to the Development team
• Acting as a SME for Development, testing and operation teams to ensure that they are fully aware of the requirements and there are no gaps in the understanding.
• Conducting 3-Amigos (walk through) sessions for the Development and QA team to go through the documented requirements in detail and answer the queries raised during the session.
• Documenting the requirements in a User Story in JIRA and track the updates related to user stories until it is delivered.
• Involved in testing of all the captured requirements post development to ensure that all the documented requirements were developed as per the document.
• Conducting Induction and Training Program for business users on product.
• Worked under all phases of SDLC methodologies like Waterfall and Agile.
• Experience in mapping business requirements & designing customized solutions with strong analytical skills & capabilities to analyze business practices and define optimal procedures.

• Managed projects and served as primary liaison between client and multiple internal groups to clarify goals and meet standards and deadlines.
• Analyzed existing systems and processes to identify areas of improvement.
• Conducted market research to identify potential opportunities for new product development.
• Created or reviewed technical design documentation to drive accuracy of reporting solutions.
• Translated user needs into actionable items that could be addressed by IT teams.
