• Minimizing the downtime to minimum by administering the functions of troubleshooting & preventive/breakdown maintenance of machines & equipment
• Heading regular inspections to prevent hazard occurrences & adhere to regulatory norms.
• At adani worked in Boiler Column & Ceiling Guider Successfully Erected with Alignment.
• At adani in Boiler Pressure Parts (Piping of down-comer line, Eco feed water system, C P supply line, riser pipe, manifold system, startup system, separator tank, and water collecting tank and their connecting piping etc).
• Achieved successful project outcomes by maintaining accurate documentation and meeting strict deadlines.
• Led engineering teams to successfully complete projects on time and within budget.
• At adani worked in erection of boiler Pressure Parts & structure (Piping Support, Misc Piping, Duct, mill area & Insulation work etc).
• At adani Worked in ESP Column, Casing wall, Hopper box, Ridge, GD Screen, Bracing, Emitting Frame, TR Frame, LR Beam, Collecting Electrode, Inlet & Outlet Funnel, Mini Hopper, Staircase successfully erected & Alignment timely done.
• At adani worked as client's site in charge for MS pipe bends fabrication and erection of intake water line.
• At adani monitored contractor's work and to ensure proper fit-up of pipes before welding starts.
• At adani responsible for proper weld visual of the joints.
• At adani responsible for external wrapping coating with bitumen tar and holiday test of the coating.
• At adani also responsible for internal painting near joints and to check DFT of the paint.
• At adani checking and verification of contractor's bill
• Inspection of joint fit up, spool direction and alignment, flange alignment, bending of pipe, line elevation and co-ordinates, valve and orifice installation as per specification and approved job procedure.
• Selection and issue of require materials as per isometric drawing, GA and codes.
• Prepare necessary piping execution documents.
• Scrutinize contractor's bills and pass on further to management.
• Selection of standard supports and fabrication of the same as per the drawing.
• Make a month ahead planning and monitor the progress at site.
• Arrange stage wise inspection as required and clearance from competent authority.
• Responsible for material follow up for continuous supply of materials and smooth fabrication as well as erection.
• Responsible for small and big bore piping of utility system inside and outside Reactor building.
• At J P Engineer worked on preheating system.
• At J P Engineer installation of valves in reactor building.
• At J P Engineer responsible for pickling & blasting of pipe and fittings of small & Big bore.
• Responsible for Tools & Materials Management required for Erection and Fabrication
• Preparation of As Built drawings and documents of the completed jobs.
• Maintain the welding register for fabrication and erection work separately.
• At J P Engineer worked as engineer for hot water make system of stainless-steel low bore pipes, fabrication and erection.
• At J P Engineer I was also in charge of carbon steel and alloy steel of small and big bore of the re-heater drain system, moisture separator system, main steam system, main steam dump line system feed water system & also done the fabrication and erection of the system which includes all types of valves.
• Working as In charge of construction of two condensate storage tanks & working as commissioning.
• Erection of Plant such as Water treatment Plant, Cooling towers and DM plant.

HIGHLIGHTS

• Played a key role as a Site engineer of Water Intake System of 95 KM underground MS water pipeline from Sahibganj to Godda ADANI POWER JHARKHAND LTD 2x800MW.
• Successfully completion of 2X800MW Supercritical Boiler Hydro Test, Light up, Synchronization, COD & RRT Test without any Tube leakage whereas 45000+ Tube Joints.
• Successfully completion of 2X800MW Supercritical Boiler Hydro Test, Light up, Synchronization, COD & RRT Test ALSO Miscellaneous Piping Work Approx 16KM within 3 Months.
• Got rewarded of the project for best progress: Three times at ADANI.
• Pipeline Engineering at booster intake pump house and booster pumping station at adani Power Jharkhand Ltd.
• Directed site execution activities involving erection of pipeline at ADANI POWER JHARKHAND LTD.
• Risk reporting to business heads to ensure mitigation of risks relevant to the business other personnel for understanding their liability for risks; implemented an overall HSE / Risk Management process for the organization.
• Vendor Management work: - Material Handling/ Material Issuing.
• Land liaison work with Local villagers & Govt Authorities.
