- Kiken Yochi Training, Audit and Implementation.
- Co-ordinate with other Dept. QA, ME, PPC for product quality and maintain RFT above 95%.
- Troubleshooting, Genchi Genbutsu Approach.

- Diagnosis of Co% analyzer machines & Dynamometer.
- Vibration test with vibrator pen as well as electronic magnet sensor.
- Cold start test -Vehicle stability, hesitation, flat spot, starting time check at very low temperatures.
- Drivability test.
