• Drive productivity of 100K with respect to corporate charges for EY & GMS support for onsite travelers
• Drive Stronger Growth Analytics of HPS GES Global Centers
• Provide strong analytics on burden rates for GES to implement pricing structure
• Ensure the loss of revenue from system integrity (New system contracts, TP rates, Burden Rates, Special Rate cases) will remain within limits of total GES revenue
• Drive the project to move Flex billing in cross company scenarios

· Performing financial reporting, analysis, monthly budgets & year plans and related activities for specific business units

· Closing of monthly books in SAP and uploading monthly financials into Hyperion Financial Management ( HFM )

· Business partnering on multiple assignments like financials reviews, budgeting, MIS reporting, etc

· Monthly Reporting to global in Hyperion Financials Management ( HFM )

· Understanding of US GAAP and IGAAP

· Conduct earnings reviews on assigned projects to identify errors and trends

· Directing the reconciliation of accounts receivable and payables trial balances with the general ledger control account

· Ensuring compliances with AR policies ( AFDA, retention, write offs, etc ) with US GAAP and IGAAP and preparing workings for taking journal entries during the month

· Maintaining upto date SOP’s for all AR and AP processes

· Working with all stakeholders like Finops ( COTA ) , Business finance, collection teams, etc to ensure timely actions on aged items and preparing proper backup documentation wherever necessary with repsect to IGAAP policies

· Reconciling of vendor balances with GL and sub ledgers and reporting any differences to MIS team for further action

· Customer and vendor TDS balances reconciliations and reportings and also preparing data for TDS return filings to consultants ( EY, KPMG, etc )

· Facilitating various audits of departments ( Sox, Process, statutory and internal audits )

· Organizing & liasioning with cross functional teams for smooth operations. Monitoring the combined performance of the team and ensuring that everyone reaches their targets

· Spearheaded the finance and commercial function for the global manufacturing business, managing the accounting, reporting and compliance requirements for the plant having more than 50 employees and an annual turnover of more than INR 400 Crores / US$ 60 Million
