  • Follow - up with all the field staff to ensure the promotional work is proceeding as per the plan for the day
  • Evaluate the individual results and give attendance, in proportion to the results
  • Coordinate with all the concerned team members to ensure the collection is progressing and the daily targets are met every day
  • Maintain a good relationship with all the agents, clients and well-wishers of RMD
  • Find an early solution to the issues raised by agents
  • Conduct evaluation meeting with the team leaders to discuss about the day’s activity and the activities planned for the next day
  • Ensure the daily reports are submitted in the prescribed format
  • Capable of handling a variety of tasks and responsibilities
  • Monitor daily delivery and single copy retail sales
  • Developed and implemented home delivery promotions including telemarketing campaigns, kiosk sales, house call sales etc
  • Proficient in evaluating home delivery and single copy routes, structuring routes and distribution boundaries etc
  • Cross check the achievement report of the field staff with the data available
  • Organize follow-up to ensure the deficit is covered in collection, house calls enrolment, sponsor copy and other activities for sales promotion
  • Dropping point visits and print visits has to be carried out on a regular basis to address the issues of agents, and to clear the complaints in dispatch
  • Organize training programme related to the product on all alternate weeks
  • Events and Days of Importance of the coming month have to be listed and a plan of action should be developed to encash all the events
  • Sponsor copies, Special projects etc
  • Has to be developed to utilize the event for maximum revenue generation
  • Mapping has to be done to identify potential areas for giving new agencies
  • Agency management measures - The LBH categorization has to be followed.
