RESPONSIBILITIES IN EMERGENCEY MEDICAL SERVICES (AP-108)

· State Operations Head for 108 EMRI Project that includes 440 ambulance fleet operations, 2200 staff and a 100 member call center for the entire 13 districts of Andhra Pradesh.

· Responsibilities included Man power mapping, Roster Management in 440 ambulances, Union Activities, fuel filling on daily basis, maintenance of Oxygen & Medicines along with fleet management which included repairs, preventive maintenance and accidental repairs.

· Collected Rs. 6 Crores bill from government of AP within 25 days of submission every month

RESPONSIBILITIES IN TECHNICAL MAINTAINECE (MEP) SERVICES & MECHANIZED HOUSEKEEPING SERVICES

· Currently handling 2 Crores business in providing Technical and Mechanized Housekeeping Services to various clients of Telangana, Andhra Pradesh and Odisha which includes Hyderabad L&T Metro Rail LTD., Mahindra Tractor Plant, Zaheerabad, Tata Steel BSL LTD., Angul, Odisha, Sanofi Health Care India Private Limited, Hyderabad etc.

· Development and Maintenance of 3 Blue Flag Certified Beaches (Rushikinda Beach – Vishakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh, Golden Beach – Puri, Odisha & Radhanagar Beach – Andaman and Nikobar) out of the 8 Beaches in India.

· Development includes Installation of Solar Power Plant, Sewage Treatment Plant, Water ATM, Changing Rooms, Container Wash Rooms, Watch Towers and other Equipment worth of 4 Crores at each beach.

· Maintenance includes Cleaning, Security, CCTV Surveillance etc., with 40 member’s staff at each beach.

Electrical trunkey infrastructure project

• successfully closed 500 crores of infrastructure projects in maharastra state electricity board
